This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are available for our coaching services.

By purchasing our coaching services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from purchasing our services.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available only within 7 days of purchase and only for unused coaching sessions and days. If you have not utilized the full amount of your purchased coaching time within this period, you may be eligible for a refund based on the remaining unused sessions or days.

Refund Eligibility Criteria:

  • Unused Sessions/Days: Refunds are granted only for coaching sessions or days that have not been utilized or scheduled.
  • Time Frame for Refund Requests: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.
  • No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for a scheduled coaching session without prior cancellation, that session is considered utilized and is non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Used Sessions/Days: Any coaching sessions or days that have been utilized are non-refundable.
  • Completed Packages: Once a coaching package is fully utilized, no refunds will be issued for the remaining sessions or days.
  • Customized Services: Personalized coaching services that have been delivered cannot be refunded.

3. Coaching Packages

Ascend Christian Life Coaching offers the following coaching packages:

  1. Guided Grace ā€“ Weekly Coaching Plan
    $150/hour
    • Refunds: Available for unused weekly sessions within 7 days of purchase.
  2. Faith-Focused Transformation ā€“ Monthly Coaching Plan
    $600/month
    • Refunds: Available for unused monthly sessions within 7 days of purchase.
  3. 90-Day Divine Journey ā€“ Complete Coaching Package
    $1,800
    • Refunds: Available for unused sessions within 7 days of enrollment.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for unused coaching sessions or days, please follow these steps:

    • Coaching Package Purchased
    • Date of Purchase
    • Number of Unused Sessions/Days
    • Reason for Refund Request

    Once your refund request is received, we will review your eligibility based on the criteria outlined above. You will receive a response within 3 business days regarding the status of your refund.

  4. Refund Approval and Processing:
    If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  • Cancellation of Sessions:
    You may cancel a scheduled coaching session up to 24 hours in advance without any penalties. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may result in the forfeiture of that session's fee.

  • No-Show Policy:
    If you fail to attend a scheduled coaching session without providing at least 24 hours' notice, that session will be considered utilized and will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Pausing Your Coaching Plan:
    If you need to pause your coaching plan, please contact us at least 7 days before the next scheduled session. We will work with you to reschedule or adjust your plan accordingly.

6. Changes to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website with the updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically for any updates.

7. Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to this policy shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within the Commonwealth of Virginia.
